Attached to this post you will find a link to the Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities website. On the linked webpage there is information on how to obtain free WIFI for 60 days from multiple internet providers.
If your child is using a DOE issued iPad and is having issues connecting to the internet, it may be due to not completing a necessary update to an application called ZScaler that was sent out over the summer. Please see below for instructions on how to complete this necessary update so that your child can access the internet with their device.
Below you will find the technical support page where families can submit requests for technical support for DOE devices. There is also support for other technology/online related services. This is the fastest way to reach the DOE if you are in need of technical support.

As we all know, this school year will be different from any other. We know how important in-person learning is for our scholar's and their educational success. Attached you will find the yearly calendar for in-person instruction. Depending upon your child's grouping, Cohort A, B, or C; please refer to this calendar to know which days they are supposed to be present in the school building fro instruction.
We here at Pioneer Academy hope that all of our scholar's and their family's are safe and healthy! We are looking forward to beginning another great school year! Attached is the school supply list for each grade for the 2020-21 school year. Please take some time take a look at the things your child will need for this upcoming school year.

Please sure that your child is following the schedule in order to continue their learning over summer so that they may be best prepared for the 2020-21 school year in September.
