iPad Internet Connectivity Support

If your child is using a DOE issued iPad and is having issues connecting to the internet, it may be due to not completing a necessary update to an application called ZScaler that was sent out over the summer. Please see below for instructions on how to complete this necessary update so that your child can access the internet with their device.

Technical Support for DOE Devices/Technology (iPads)

Below you will find the technical support page where families can submit requests for technical support for DOE devices. There is also support for other technology/online related services. This is the fastest way to reach the DOE if you are in need of technical support.
